For buyers, I help you identify areas & properties that you and your family can see yourselves living in. Together we'll review your buying power with a lender and help match properties that won't make you house poor...yikes! As we tour properties I will go through the entire home buying process so when we find "your" home you're ready to make an offer!

For Investors, I will find, evaluate, and present to you properties that I know will make you money! As a Real Estate Investor myself, I have the experience to bring you your next project.
